MULTISTE OBJECTIVES 

1.- To establish and improve operational controls in order to mitigate environmental negative impacts which affect water's quality from receiving bodies (wharfs, navigation channel, rivers).

2.-To obtain and keep the certification as a hygienic industry or port's environmental fulfillment.

3.- To foment among concessionaries and suppliers implementation of actions to improve services' quality, respecting the environment. 

OBJECTIVE. To completely accomplish the environmental program by the end of the year. 

4.- To implement a unique information system in order to improve the administrative and operational process of ports, as well as information exchange with authorities and users of port services. 

OBJECTIVES. To standardize informatic platforms by December 2007. to connect ports into a VPN and SCT by December 2007. to implement a system of information (Business Intelligence) by June 2008. 

5.- To increase resources and materials' performance in the organization. 

OBJECTIVE. To carry out 3 conscientious actions which lead into a reduction of energy consumption, water and telephone service by the end of the year. 

6.-To develop dynamics and mechanisms for mutual retro feeding and growth among then ones who are part of the port community, logistics, customers and users at all coordinated Integral Port Administrations. 

OBJECTIVES. To make all coordinated Integral Port Administrations develop such dynamics and mechanisms in three ways: 

• To implement a management system with port customers' relationship and have it work by the month of December 2007
• To establish and start at least three agreements or alliances among participants in logistics lines and have them focus toward a joint promotion and reduction of prices in integrated lines, and also have them in constant operation by December 2007.
• To build and keep integration mechanisms in port's community, focused toward customers' attention; develop at least four coordinated actions or events in the year 2007.
